We want every Floura customer to be happy with their purchase! But, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. While we do not accept returns, we do offer refunds on a single box of bars only. If you are not sure you if you will be completely satisfied then we recommend you start with a single variety pack. Here's what you need to know:

If you're dissatisfied with your Floura experience for any reason, you can receive a refund for a single box of bars only within 30 days of your purchase. Just reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll help you get the refund process started.

When we approve your refund, we'll send the money back to the same card or payment method you used to buy from us. Just keep in mind that shipping costs can't be refunded.

Sometimes refunds take a little while to show up in your account. If you don't see your refund right away:

  • First, give it a few days
  • Then check with your bank or credit card company, as they might need extra time to process it
  • If you still don't see your refund after checking with your bank, email us at [email protected] and we'll help figure out what's happening
